I found this to be the most painfull part.
"The police report indicates that the scrotum area was “completely torn loose from his body.†"
Still, the fact that it was a Hoosier makes the world a better place.

I didn't make it that far. I started having pains when I read "Rips Off Scrotum" in the headline.
And I'm pretty sure having your nuts violently ripped from your body qualifies as "permanent damage."
