Here's an idea: why don't the Chinese make their own "Nobel" prizes?  Call it the Mao-y Wowie Prize.  They can pass out $1.5 dollars every year to leaders in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Medicine, Literature, Economics, and Peace, and if they want to give the Peace prize to Russell Means or Louis Farrakhan they will hear the sound of a nation saying, "whatever . . .".

I looked up the definition of "touchy" and saw what looked to be a caricature of a Chinese bureaucrat.
