Cubs using a shift for Adam LaRoche. Think that might be overdoing it?

Re: 4/7 GC

Kasper promising a "three stooges preview after this inning." That must mean Jim Belushi is singing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" and then joining him and Brenly for the customary inane interview in the booth.

We didn't have that problem last year!  Fox doesn't show the Cardinals out west (depressed)  This just stinks!!

They can still go 161-1. And Pujols will be hitting .143 at the end of the year.

He did cancle it out by getting tagged out on a play at the plate that he had no business running into.

Let me guess. Ran thru the 3rd base coach's stop sign?

IDK if that is the case.  I assume the third base coach doesnt even bother putting up a sign to him.  The left fielder had the ball when Pujols was a couple steps past thrid and gunned him down with a pretty good throw.  Then of course Pujols threw his arms in the air and argued.

Re: 4/7 GC

As a side note to the Pujols discussion, the guy that replaced him, Beltran seems pretty cool.  I think I had a slightly bad opinion of him because he was such a Cardinals killer.  He is quite so you can kind of fill in the blank as far as what your opinion of him is.  He seems pretty humble and not the entitled type of quite that Pujols had.  Pujols always seemed to important to be bothered with speaking to the public.  Beltran comes off as more of a shy guy to the reporters.  IDK if Im reading him right or if I am just favoring the guy wearing birds on the bat.

Pujols found out the hard way the Royals don't have Alfonso Soriano in left field. Gordon had 22 assists last season and has one of the most accurate outfield arms in baseball.
