They've got Dickson and Kelly. Matheny should not be afraid to pull Lynn for one of them.

Let's hope this is the last we've seen of Lynn as a starter this season. Kelly, Rosenthal and Miller should be the next line of defense. Lynn is cooked.

Here's how you turn things around. Next time Phillips gets on base, have Skip run over and kick him in the nuts. Really, really hard.
Then you put in Cruz for Molina and when there's a foul ball toward the first base side, have Cruz run into the dugout and take out Cueto's knee, just like the Mets did with Tudor in '87.

Just getting to watch, but I take it from what I'm seeing/reading that Lynn sucked and Kelly has been dominant. I hope Matheny is smart enough to realize this 5 days from now.
And just like that I Windied Kelly *sigh*

The only thing he has a right to be pissed about is the 3-2 to Freese. It's not the umpire's fault he didn't cover the bag or serve up back to back homers.

He has to. He can't send Lynn back out there again. Not after what he's seen tonight. Lynn can still be a valuable 6th/7th inning guy. He's just not an effective starter at this point in the season.
