First of all, Texas should be right out because the guy in the photo is holding a cup that says "Alabama Crimson Tide."
Secondly: Southern Cal is NOT a party school. Hot chicks? Certainly. But they're there to find a husband with a trust fund whose first name is a last name like Grover or Winston and has a Roman numeral after his last name.
Thirdly: Florida is right out because Tim Tebow went there. You can't be a party school if your most prominent alumnus is a born-again virgin who does milk commercials.
Fourthly: How can anyone spend 30 seconds on Arizona State's campus and not immediately crown them the party champions? The chicks are white hot. No one studies because no one has to, so if you want to find a party at 2 a.m. on a Wednesday, you'll find one. If you're thirsty, there's a bar across the street. Which street? EVERY street.
