    Good for Edgar

    He made a mistake when he chased the money and left St. Louis, but I always liked Renteria. If this was his swan song (and I suspect it might have been) what a way to go out.

    Baseball's one hell of a funny game. I can't think of another sport where a team constructed by one of the worst GMs in the league can dominate the playoffs wire to wire.
