No, that lot doesn't really get used for anything other than ballgame parking. The stadium is to the south, there are parking garages to the east and west and a hotel to the north. There's really no reason for anyone to park there other than for baseball games.

The Bowling HoF moved to Texas a few years ago. I think it's an empty building.
