Are you saying that because you've seen the pictures?

Did you hear about the gay rabbi who performed circumcisions for $50, plus tips?

In fact, I raised that very question with my 9 a.m. class this morning.

In the context of the age-old question about whether gratutities qualify as earnings under the minimum wage statute, of course.
Between the Stan Musial anecdotes and the risque jokes, I'm sure your lectures are entertaining.

I decide what the curve is going to look like on the basis of the reaction I get the first time I mention Stan.

Ever flunk anyone for wearing Cubs' attire?
["I coulda been the next Clarence Darrow, if I hadn't worn my Carmen Fanzone throwback to Civ Pro that day ..."]
(At least please appreciate a Clarence Darrow reference and a Carmen Fazone reference in the same sentence)

Darrow's no problem but Fanzone must have come along after I lost all of my brain cells.
I actually did flunk a guy several years ago who was a huge cub fan but not because of the damn cap, which he did wear often. The guy repeated the course with me the next year. Made a top grade and is now a very good lawyer in Nashville. We exchange email regularly and a good friend. He's also a big Democrat, though not of the Al Gore wing. He managed Gen. Clark's campaign in Tennessee the year before he started law school.
The most painful experience along those lines was in Fall 1988 when I had a woman in my first year Civ Pro class who wore her Minnesota Twins sweatshirt (she was from that area) so often it must have smelled an old pair of Steve Kline's jockey shorts. The bitch made the top grade at least one semester.

Thanks to Wikipedia, I'm forced to confess that I was a struggling law student for most of his years in the big leagues and I was too self-concerned to focus on much in Sports besides the Cardinals.
I was watching the Cards telecast the day that Harry C was doing the game and was hearing the rumors, well-founded it turned out, that he was being fired.
A very memorable and painful experience from those years.

I'm not sure sleeping with the boss' wife lends itself to job security, but in either event, that must have been entertaining.

Here is my advice...Stay hurt. The team is better off without you.
Jackson threw so picks but he is a ton better then Favre right now.

No matter how badly he's hurt, he's going to try to start next week.

Favre summons his powers to force mother nature produce a heavy snow storm on the metrodome and allow him an extra days rest.

You know there's at least one idiot right now who thinks divine intervention is involved.
Possibly Faerv himself.
