I think the modern style is for "shorts" to extend past the knee.
And in all fairness, the inseam of Shaq's capri pants is probably longer than the inseam on my slacks.

if those were shorts they were alkttle lkng. pastthen knee is fine but that is mid calf. also they r to tight around bottom. there is my style critque.
