Strauss says it's his "informed speculation" that Kelly will soon be named the fifth starter.
Just thinking aloud, but I don't think they had any intention of starting Miller or Rosenthal. I don't mind Rosenthal not getting the nod, but I don't think Kelly is better than Miller.
