Let me guess, Loria and his cronies figured out that fans were buying inexpensive tickets and moving down to empty seats. How do they prevent that? Don't sell the inexpensive tickets.
Know who isn't getting a "better experince?"

They're also reducing the amount of fabric the dancing girls are allowed to wear.
