    World Series Game 6 crap

    I'm proud of this message board group for not obsessing over the Cardinals' delayed airplane flight yesterday. It was the first story on the 11 o'clock news here last night, ahead of President Obama's visit to Fanueil Hall today.

    These people are expecting a coronation tonight. Let's give them a beheading.

    Weather is iffy. It's been drizzling all morning, but it's supposed to be dry tonight.

    Not sure if you heard, but one of the Boston reporters asked Matheny after G5 if Ortiz should be MVP. A lesser man might have strangled him, but Matheny is too nice for that.

    Can you imagine La Russa being stuck in an airplane on a Tarmac for six hours? Or, maybe worse, being stuck in an airplane WITH La Russa for six hours?

    Weather is clear, but really cold. A reporter suggested the Sox ought to wrap this one up tonight and not tomorrow to avoid a conflict with Halloween.

    I was a good chance for matheny to strike some emotion imo.  Ask the dickweed if he was there representing his junior college.

    Hello from key west. Watching the cards and diving. I love wacha. Dude is simply not human.

    Freese has killed us at the plate this series. I love him for 2011 but man he needs to figure out his swing.

    I think we'll be playing baseball tomorrow. We have pounded some balls against lackey.

    I'd say they'll need more than four. Wacha can only get by with a two-pitch combo against a team like the Red Sox for so long. As exciting as his upside is, he's still got to develop a better third pitch.
