McLaughlin DWI Case

Pleads guilty.  Gets community service, 2 years probation and gets to keep his license.

See AP, in Missouri it pays not to take the breathalyzer.

I guess it also helps when you decide to get plastered if you do it at a charity event.

Yeah he got off easy and somebody wasted their time doing alot of paper work.  Honestly I am suprised that he even got wrote.  I give him credit for manning up about the situation though.

Re: McLaughlin DWI Case

"McLaughlin, 37, couldn't be reached Thursday after news of his arrest on Sunday came to light. But after last season, in addressing the arrest that year publicly for the first time, he said, "I made a mistake. I learned from it. It will never happen again.''

It's OK. He had his fingers crossed behind his back when he said that.

Re: McLaughlin DWI Case

"McLaughlin, 37, was arrested Sunday after he was involved in a car accident in Chesterfield, Missouri, according to police. He struck a street sign at Baxter and Isle View Drive and then left the scene.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to exercise the highest degree of care. Charges are currently pending in Chesterfield Municipal Court. He was released on $750 bond."

What a retard.  He needs to be fired.
