My understanding is that they are one of the best teams in the country?
A guy from Baseball America is covering this quite well. Sounds to me like the Phillies may have done some serious damage with agents.

Now that Oregon has a baseball program going again, I can't really ride the coattails of Oregon State, but this is pretty bush league by the Phillies...

(ASU got bombed at home by New Mexico the other night. I know this was supposed to be a rebuilding year, but geez, New Mexico?!? ASU used to beat them with the JV team.)
