Yeah, we all knew Garcia would come back pitching 7 innings a start, right?

It's probably also worth noting that Adams has as many HR in this series as he had for the season coming into this series. That could be a good sign of things to come.

I think he said he's done being a slap hitter.

At least this game was fun and nerve racking as hell at the end .....

Welcome back, Windy and Don!
I don't know how Garcia has done it or how long he can keep it going with a surgically repaired shoulder, but this has been one heck of a comeback so far.
Sidenote on Garcia: I went to the game last night and sat a few rows behind the Cardinals dugout. Garcia was at the top of the dugout between the seventh and eighth innings and a few girls came down to the bottom row and took pictures of him. He obliged them. It must've been awkward because he looked like he was trying not to bust up laughing.
Also, Lance Lynn is a very large human.

Glad to see the cards winning alittle. At least they are staying within striking distance of the brewers.
Also, if there was really a fathers day there wouldnt be one at all. All day of running around isnt my idea of a thank you. A 12 pack and a afternoon nap would have been much better.

I was going to try to entice you back to the board with a 1-year membership to the Jelly of the Month Club.
It's the gift that keeps giving all year.

Wasn't he still in the game at that point?
