Curious here. The NCAA decided that a four game suspension was necessary, the man must also perform 40 hours of community service, and give some of the money to charity.

Since when does the NCAA have the ability to fine any student athlete? And when exactly did anyone other than a criminal court get to sentence people to community service time???
What the fuck is going on here? This cannot be legal. You can suspend a player, for as long as you wish, and that's it. I'm seriously hoping he goes to court on this. His draft status is 100% the same as it was anyway if he plays this season or not.
