I think baseball should advoid rule changes at all cost.  However, im in favor of this one.  The game moves at a snails pace.  I also love the idea of keeping one foot in the batters box.  Im not so much in favor of a limit on pitching changes.  Like throwing red flags, i think that changes how the game is managed.  I dont like that.  Speeding up the game can only make it better.
