They might drop one to the Dodgers this weekend, but 26-1 is doable.

Not a bad move in the brewers part to use garza up. He isnt having a good year anyway. As a card fan i would have rather seen then torch the bullpen.

Cardinals win easy tonight. Fiers is doing everything possible to destroy my fantasy team's pitching numbers.

Maldonado hits a walkoff homer in the 17th inning to prevent the Brewers from getting swept at home by the Diamondbacks and he slides into home plate. If I hit a home run to keep my team within 16.5 games on May 31, I'd put my head down while I ran around the bases so no one would notice.

The good thing about Fiers is I can walk the dog around the block between pitches.

Why did Molina swing at THAT 3-0 pitch?

Reynolds is now a singles hitter.

I don't want to derail this thread, but all I've been reading about on Facebook is how courageous Bruce Jenner is. Can someone explain to me how Bruce Jenner becoming a chick is courageous? And apparently everyone forgot that in the midst of his gender identity crisis, he killed someone in a car accident.

Garcia pitched well enough to win this one if he could have had some run support. Meanwhile Belisle is throwing BP .........

Not for nuthin, but Albert Pujols (11) and David Freese (9) have more home runs than anyone on the Cardinals.

Facebook has become a morass of self-absorption and bad manners.
I don't follow any of this nonsense, but I'm wondering why ESPN has an update about his/her transgendering, if that's a word, on its crawl tonight. Jenner won his gold medal almost 40 years ago. His persona isn't associated with sports anymore. His story ought to be on E! or Entertainment Tonight, where I can ignore it.
Peralta had to at least make contact or take a walk! Hard to believe as #4 hitter.
Twar'nt no Wong ball, nice D! Say Heyward got on!
Bourgous walk did nothing but get him out of the way. He was nothing in LA...still nothing. maybe I can jinx him to improvement?

ESPN already announced that Bruce/Caitlyn will receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. Sorry, but that's a slap in the face of the family of the person he killed.

Scott Van Pelt and John Anderson at the same SportsCenter desk. This is the greatest pairing of talent since Lennon and McCartney met.
