    Cardinals fire Scouting Director Chris Correa

    Reportedly admitted to hacking into the Houston system. Claimed he was trying to determine if Astros employees had stolen proprietary info.

    Correa denied all of the hacking claimed by the FBI or leaking the info meaning someone else would have been involved.

    Considering Correa was the person who handled the most recent draft, that's pretty high up the food chain.

    Yeah, that's a little higher up than I expected or was hoping for. Hopefully, he's being truthful about his motive. The last thing the Cardinals need here is a coverup.

    Thats as high up as you can get without beijg dewitt or mo.  Head of scouting is a pretty big deal.  I wonder if the cards knew about it prior to this draft.
