Get someone up ...

Molina thought he was invisible ...

Wong has picked up where he left off.

Fielder would have caught that if it had been a pork chop.

Rangers tried to stretch this guy too long

Matheny should tell his players the next time a catcher blocks the plate like that, whoever is running ought to crash him.

Seems like he was in the baseline without the ball. It was pretty bang bang .

Nitkowski said Wong could have made contact in that instance. How is the runner supposed to know when there are exceptions to the rule when he's barreling down the third base line?
Again, I'd just tell my players to crash the catcher and let them sort it out after.

If the Cardinals make the playoffs, does Eugene get a share?

Look at this. The Rangers haven't hit a ball hard all day.

We won't be making the playoffs with Rosenthal as the closer....

This team is so frustrating.

Nice work by the bullpen today.

They were not hit hard. Just poor luck.

Stress the positives. Pham batted twice and didn't get hurt.

Did wong look playable in center. I basicly cause the last 2 innings and alittle of the game here and there.

All his chances were routine. He didn't look better at the plate. His hit was a seeing eye single.

In other words his small sample size effort coming back from Memphis was pretty much SOS.

I have no idea why they rushed Wong back.
I think they should've traded Rosenthal during the offseason. I get that they wanted to put together an elite bullpen, but closers have a short shelf-life. They are going to be stuck with him now. They can non-tender him but that would be getting zip on the return.
