Well, I did myself no favors trying to get a suitable TE into the game. Gates was probably out, so I looked around and saw Aaron Hernandez up there for New England.
Spending $20 of my Free Agent pickup bucks, I nab him. Was a great move, lots of savvy, just a brilliant move by a GM in the moment of need.
I still to this point can't know whether the news of this guy being hurt/out wasn't yet posted, or if I missed it. He'd have needed a monster day for me to win with him in, but Pettigrew landed me 13 for Detroit, and would have made the game closer....
If anyone needs me, I'll be trying to trade for Yao Ming.

Thankfully the points wouldn't matter. I think I'd be up by a small margin with him having Vick and another still to play.
Manning taking a sliding down at the 2 instead of punching in that TD didn't make me smile either! These bastards have no thought whatsoever for their fantasy owners.
