"Over the course of his extension, Molina needs to relinquish time to Kelly. Next season, let Molina start 110-120 games. By 2019 it should be about 50-50 and by 2020 it should be about 70-30 in favor of Kelly. Molina had the benefit of learning from from Matheny, now it's his turn to impart wisdom to the younger player."
I was going to post nearly the same opinion. Molina is just going to have to swallow some pride.

The other half of that is Matheny has to actually be the boss and dictate how much/little Molina plays instead of letting Yadi tell him when he needs a day off.
