I was walking the dog during his inning, but going by MLB Gameday he seemed to be throwing strikes and getting ahead in the count.
He was. His stuff isnt overpowering. More about mixing and matching with movement. Timing the fastball so that he maximizes its effect. He did all those things well. Could of just been poor hitting tho.
