I guess I don't understand the criteria if Boston ends up #15 on this list, instead of at the top. This is a city where people with the worst regional accents in maybe the entire world make fun of people who speak properly; where the universally-acknowledged worst drivers on the planet run tourists off the road for fun; where local sports fans threaten and scream - not argue, not dispute, not shout, but SCREAM at you - should you come to their city and dare to not root for a Boston franchise in their midst; where rudeness and incivility are prized traits.
And I've been to all the other U.S. cities on this list except for Atlantic City.
