Idk if i even want them to sign him. Realistically, he needs to have a simulated spring training and throw some minor league games. Im sure the team that gives him 15million to play half a season will plug him in right away. However, that has been proven a bad idea. Maybe he could be a productive member of the rotation by the all star break.
