Oh, and I am the only one who before today didn't know there was a channel called "TruTV?"

In the future, look for the Food Network to carry some early rounds .

Yes. Did you not hear about the game they lost to Penn State in the B1G tourney? They scored 33 points. Thirty-three.

I thought that was wierd as well. I liked that every game was on TV but it really screwed up my watching operation repo. CBS, TBS and TNT had games as well.

That would have worked for the fat kid from UCLA.
I've also recently discovered that Lifetime has so much programming it warrants its own satellite movie network. Who knew there were so many cinematic variations of the "Women are good; men are evil" theme?

Saw the score, but assumed the game was abandoned at halftime.
The "B1G" logo is bothersome on several levels, most distinctly the notion that there have been more than "1G" teams in that conference for some time now.

I liked it. In previous years, we would have been stuck last night watching the dying embers of UConn's 30-point win (as the Huskies are my *local* team) knowing that the other three games in progress were far more competitive.

Day 1 standings:
TK 13-3
Max 11-5
Artie 11-5
AP 10-6
Fors 10-6
Everyone had L'ville in the Sweet 16, so that's a wash.
Max had St. John's going to the Sweet 16, while AP had the Johnnies in his Final 8.
Artie had Penn State in his Sweet 16.
Fors had St. John's and Belmont in his Sweet 16.
Fors, if it makes you feel better, one of the guys in my office pool had Belmont in the Final Four. Picking a 13-seed to make it through the first weekend is a hunch. Picking a 13-seed to win four games is suicidal.

St. John's wasn't going to win with DJ Kennedy out.

George Mason makes me look like a genius.
That was the epitome of 'Nova's season. They were over-seeded, too.

As I'll take credit for Richmond. Can't tout my VCU pick, because I thought USC would beat them in the first round.
TK still leads, but it's anyone's ballgame. Everyone but AP has all of their last eight still alive
1. TK 24-8; 15 of Sweet 16 still alive
2. Artie 24-8; 14 of 16
3. AP 23-9; 14 of 16, 7 of 8
4. Max 22-10; 13 of 16
5. Fors 22-10; 12 of 16

I loved my Temple over SDSU upset pick. Bummer.

I'm out. My K-State hunch didn't pan out. Despite Jacob Pullen's efforts. What a player.

I'm not a Butler guy. The team is fine. I just can't stand hearing or reading "The Butler did it!" anymore. That phrase has become almost as annoying as "It is what it is."

I'd march into your boss's office and tell him it's your right to waste time on-line.
