This one's over. Cardinals lose another mystifying game at MMP.

Please hit into a mother fucking double play.

That's true, both of them stink. But the Astros have a bunch of scrubs.
Oh god Bill Hall is going to end this game isn't he? Fuck.

That is an effing strike.

this season is the shakiest molina's ever look on D. i've seen two passed balls that a younger molina would never have missed.
He's been lazy.
Hey I said that first.
I wish Boggs would stop nibbling to Bill Hall.

Throw sliders, Boggs.

Bill Hall's trying to end the game with a grand slam.

He got the memo from his fantasy manager.

that makes three.
Please. That one's on Boggs. The catcher can't be blamed for a ball that bounces in the grass.
maybe i missed it. i only saw the reverse angle out of the corner of me eye. and it looked like it bounced off the fat part of molina's glove.

And there it is. He finally makes a good pitch and it sneaks through.

I stayed up to watch this piss. This team should be 5 games over .500 by now.

That sucks. Well I guess we find out if Boggs is mentally tough enough to be a closer.

Brownie just called this game "an epic battle." It was more like a slapping match between a couple of French girls.

probably, but the calls have been going both ways. molina's pick off at 1B an inning or two back could have easily been called safe.

JOOC, did you mean 'find' as in now we see what he'll do after blowing a save, or 'found' as in he doesn't have it?

I can't say for certain what it hit, but the pitch bounce 10-15 feet short of the plate and kicked about 7-10 feet outside. Getting anything on it was a minor miracle. No way to control that one.

Option A. No one is perfect. It sounds cliche, but a closer better have a short memory. It's over, put it behind you.

Ball in the dirt is always a WP, Max. But you have a point. Molina hasn't been blocking the ball as much as he has in the past. The proper play is to get low, wide and slightly forward to keep the ball in front of you. He's been trying to stab at low pitches with his glove more often than he should.

He didnt do the worst tonight. The first hit was hit sharp but it was a grounder. Then Molina really changed the inning by letting that pass ball get through. Boggs cost himself by not fielding the bunt cleanly but that wasnt any fault of his pitching. Even the game winning hit was a weak grounder.

Speaking of French whores, the Canucks are throwing a lot of rubber at the Blackhawks' goalie.

Boggs needed to throw a slider to Pence. I don't understand what they were doing with him tonight.

He doesnt look like a fat toad like he has in the past but as we said he seems to be taking the lazy way out.

I want to get this on record right now.
Obviously Hamilton is first to go when either Craig or Schumaker come back, but if Descalso goes down when the second one comes back, I'm flipping a double bird toward Dewitt and the stadium. I might even drop my pants and shake my dick at him just on principle.i'd be really surprised if descalso is sent down anytime soon. greene has earned his trip back to memphis, and jay, were it not for one really good month last year would be high in contention for a trip back to AAA as well.
if it becomes really uncomfortable, from a personnel management standpoint, they'll manufacture some injury. but i think there's almost no chance descalso gets sent back the way he's been playing D at 3b and 2B.
As soon as Tallet comes off the DL Batista needs DFAed.
