I think he might be playing in Europe somewhere. As a professional. Seriously.
He's gotta be in his mid 40s by now. That's crazy.

As much as I like good pitching, I don't think I could follow a team that plays 81 games a year in this yard.

I looked it up. Jagr is indeed playing professionally in the Kontinental Hockey League.

According to Wikipedia, he's 39 and plays for a team called Avangard Omsk in Russia.

I can't believe they're letting Lohse pitch into the sixth.

Damn. I hadn't made it to page 2 yet.

Eighty-four pitches for Lohse. Time to call it a night.

I just started watching. You being sarcastic in reference to yesterday, or is Lohse really fortunate to be where he is?

Sarcasm. He's given up some hard hit balls, though.

Albert has to try a different part of the ballpark. You can't hit a golf ball out of the park out there with a 3-wood. Makes you appreciate how much Ludwig's hit was crushed. In Chicago, that thing's rolling around the tarmac at O'Hare.
I agree. Also good call with playing Jay in rf.

I dont think many do.

Schumaker with a scraptastic at bat.

I'm betting the farm on Franklin pitching tonight.

Fuck. They're trying to give you an out and end up with 1st and 3rd.

Moseley is essentially a league average pitcher and he's allowed two earned runs in 14 innings against the Cardinals. That's pretty lousy.

I'm cursed. I get to the airport. Find WiFi. Find a seat. Login to the game and Cantu hits a sac fly to tie the game. Anytime mlb.com gives me half a break, something bad happens for the Cards.

C'mon, Albert...swinging at junk on 3-0 and 3-1?

Pujols tossed. What a shitty at-bat. It would've never come to that if he held up on 3-0.
Offline
Swung at crap and took strike 3.
Craig in LF and Berkman to 1B please.

Someone needs to get off their ass and tell the hitters that Mike Adams throws sliders. Jesus.

I dont think he should have been tossed. Yeah he whined about a called strike but he didnt do it very long and for the most part did it while walking away. I dont think stars should get away with stuff because of who they are but Pujols normally mild about things. I think that should have given him some slack.

I guess he wasn't ejected after all.
Hold them here and wake the fuck up in the ninth inning.

And Rasmus watches the same pitch.
I'm going to bed soon. I think I know how this one turns out.
