Seriously? He's pissed off at the St. Louis media? If he signs with a team in a city that has more than one newspaper and is at .267/8/26 on May 26, 2012, there will be panic in the streets.

Re: Albert whines

He's had about a half-dozen at 'em balls in the past week or so, and he's handling stuff down and in a little better lately. Early in the year, he'd been taking his top hand off the bat too soon and hitting those measley grounders to the left side. I'd never seen that from him before. At least consistently. I'm used to seeing him pull his hands in and whip a line drive down the left field line.

I have no clue why he just all of a sudden stop driving through the ball.  I would say he is compensating for an injury but that is just a guess.  He has looked better of late.

I agree that whining about the media in St. Louis shows how blind he is.  He the Cubs or Yankees were paying him 25 million a year and he was hitting like he is he would have reporters up his butt everyday.  Plus the national media would be biting at the end of their chains.
