Starting it early.
Garcia vs. King Norris

I like the matchup, as long as they convince Jaime the game is in St. Louis.

We tagged Norris last time, I believe we break through. Cardinals over .600 tonight!

Pujols: more home runs or double plays this season?

Garcia looks terrible.

It's alarming how terrible Garcia is on the road.

I have no idea how Garcia can look so good at home and then labor with every pitch on the road.

Fucking hell! Has Cy Norris faced the minimum through five innings?!?

favorable cyberwinds allowed me to watch a few pitches and he looks like he is laboring, his delivery looks forced, there's little movement on his pitches,
but . . .
3 runs in 5 IP isn't terrible, not great, but not terrible.
to quote a cliche, a great pitcher can be effective when he doesn't have his best stuff, and garcia is headed that way.

He's walked four. The Cardinals keep hitting into double plays.

The Return of No-Hit Norris.

Anyone have the correct spelling for "Jammoke"? That's what I think of the announcer for the Astros on MLB. The "Jammoke" spent the first 6 innings laughing for no apparent reason

So much for that. Up yours, Bud.

It's mind-numbing, Web. JD says something not even remotely funny and Brownie the Clownie laughs like it's George Carlin's standup act. I suppose it's either laugh or cry if you have to watch the Astros 162 times a year.

Anyone point out that Berkman just tied last year's HR total?

How about doing something here, Hamilton?

Not on the Astros' version. They keep calling Norris a strikeout pitcher. He's had one tonight.

Now he has two but that was bullshit.

The Mets just put up a 5-spot in Milwaukee. Let's steal one in the ninth here and grab another game on the Brewers and TTTIB.

The strike zone has been all over the place tonight. It doesnt matter Hamilton couldnt have got on base anyway. He sucks.

Max, do you think Jay should've got Towles at second on that one?

That should put the game out of reach.
