Re: Passan tries to play reporter ... and fails

meh . . . baseball was asking for this stuff.  i hope pujols's quick return doesn't result in a fury of speculation that leads to questions about mcgwire and requires he re-resign from baseball, but if that happens it won't be the PD corp leading the charge.

so, i wonder how many wins garcia would have had last year without bad luck from the offense, and if that would have put him over the hump for RotY?  Where's Derrick Gould?

Re: Passan tries to play reporter ... and fails

"Outside of St. Louis, where they’ll huzzah his expected return to the No. 3 hole and first base at 8:15 p.m. ET on Wednesday against Cincinnati, suspicion and scorn replaced awe and incredulity. For every story link on Twitter that touted Pujols’ impending return, someone tweeted back about Pujols needing human growth hormone to make it. It wasn’t just one or two people, either."

How fucking stupid can you be? I mean really. If Pujols was taking HGH, wouldn't he wait the prescribed 4-6 weeks before returning to the lineup, to avoid suspicion from brain-dead reporters like Passan?
It's like the *traitors* who failed to sign their loyalty oath during the McCarthy era. If you're were really a Communist, how long would it take you to sign a piece of fucking paper saying you weren't?

I saw this story and clicked on it earlier.  IDK why I even do such things when I see it is written by Assan.  I read very little of it.
