The only good thing so far is the Reds are getting bombed almost as badly as the Cardinals are.
methinks the danger is now from the brew crew, and the reds might not give us much more trouble than, say, the cubs.

What was the "automatic ball" on the 1-2 count to Spilborghs?
That was before I gaveup on the game. He went to his mouth on the mound. And yes I know what I just typed.

Fox is saying tat TLR shouldnt have left Garcia in. I get there point but TLR knows one game like this can kill the pen. I think he expected Garcia to nut threw some innings.

There's a relentlessness to the Reds' lineup, especially when they play in that bandbox at home. Their problem has been starting pitching. Volquez was so bad they shipped him to Louisville, Arroyo has gotten bombed his last few times out, Wood has been hit-or-miss and Bailey has been hurt.

He threw 107 pitches. That's not abusing his arm.

I think they didnt like that he didnt pull him before he allowed so many runs. Normally I would agree but with this roster LaRussa didnt have to many options.
