Jagr returns to the NHL as a Philadelphia Flyer

Think the Flyers are pissed they got swept in the playoffs?

Their GM is betting his job on this offseason. After trading Carter and Richards (both 26 year old established centers), paying a mint to Bryzgalov and now signing Jagr, he's either going to prove himself really smart or really stupid.

I read somewhere goaltender has been a need since Bernie Parent retired. Is this Bryzgalov the guy?

Bryzgalov is very good. He was an exceptional backup to JS Giguere in Anaheim and may have played some during Anaheim's Cup run. He may have led the league in wins in 09-10 with a very mediocre Phonix team. They were one of the best teams in the West the last 2 seasons despite not having a player with more than 65 points either season.
