16 years and one game without a post season hit.
Anyone else loving the fact that "Little bitch" Phillips will be immortalized making the final out squib that went 2 inches further than his bat?

There's no such thing as a routine no-hitter, but that was way too easy. I don't think the Reds got a loud foul in the last four innings.

I hate the Phillies but I have grown to hate the Reds more.

Yeah, but Halladay seems a decent fellow. He was the calmest guy in the ballpark in the ninth inning.
I'm just blown away I got to watch the first post-season no-hitter in 54 years. That's pretty awesome.

I dont disagree with that and I made it clear whent he Cardinals were looking at Oswalt that I liked the guy alot. Utley seems like a good guy and I dont have anything against Howard other then I get sick of hearing about him and he is overrated. I was watching Mariono Rivira (?) pitch last night for the Yankees and couldnt help but respect him. I dislike the Yankees but when you watching him I have to say he is the best bullpen pitcher I have ever seen.

I agree with Rivera, and Jeter's probably not a bad guy. They got a real good cohort the year that those guys came up.
And I have nothing against the Phillies. They're like the Cardinals, without a tight-fisted owner.

It's weird they're still booing Rolen seven years later. I suppose if I lived in Philly, I'd be miserable, too. Philadelphia is what New York would be if you took out all the good stuff.

Their starting payroll was 138million in 2010. They already have 143 million committed to there 2011 team. That could become trouble in a hurry.
