The fucking Brewers are winning 4-0 in the 7th. The Cardinals cant catch them if they dont lose. They still have 6 games vs them this year. If they keep pace they still have an outside chance.
Pirates are making a little noise late. Greinke was nasty tonight before he got tired. His splitter was dropping about a foot right in front of the plate.
Braun and the chubby kid just went back-to-back. There will be no ground picked up tonight.

It's understandable. They've won a playoff game this millenium. Imagine how cocky the Reds would have been if they'd have gotten a hit in last year's LDS.

Speaking of which, I saw where the Cubs unveiled a statue of Santo the other day. It's really a shame the Cubs board became such a wasteland. Can you imagine the fun we could have had with "Ron Santo Statue" haiku?
