I was just about ready to post how much I hate this team. But I really don't. It was a nice win. Why did Theriout hit for Berkman in the ninth?

He was put in as a "defensive" replacement at second base in the 8th , by Wonder Manager ?

I watched about 1/2 inning tonight. Al was talking about a converstation he had with Duncan. Duncan supposively said that he didnt see Salas as the 2012 closer or Motte as that guy either. Al said Duncan doesnt feel that Motte can handle lefties. I am not sure what his issue with Salas is. 23 save as a rookie is pretty impressive.

Well one game at a time. Let's see if we can get another win today. We will finish this series with 25 games left, and can be as close as 7.5 games if we sweep. Still a daunting task, but a lot more doable then 11.5 which is where we land if we lose the next two.
