I'm kind of surprised he settled for one year.

He has said several times over the last several months that he was fine with a one year deal.  Supposively the hang up was the money.  I am somewhat suprised that he settled for 12 million.  I am on board.  He is a class act.  I do share the opinion that Craig needs to see more playing time.  With Rasmus gone Craig won have to split time with Jay as the fourth outfilder.  If he sees time in CF ad 2B I think he can get 350 AB.
