    Hentgen said that because he was employed by a major league team, he wasn't permitted to pick a favorite. But he did know how the game would be decided.

    "There's going to be two outs, two strikes and one of them's going to be one strike from getting out of an inning and there will be a seeing-eye ground ball that will be the difference in the game," he said.

    "You're going to see the managers bunting early in the game and moving runners over because one run could be it."


    Gotta wonder whether reading this might reshape Tony's decision tree and, if so, whether we'll see bonsai or "Banzai!".

    With all due respect to Pat Hentgen, I hope Halladay gets lit up for about six runs in the first inning and the Cardinals cruise to a 14-2 win.

    Oh my God.  That is a tough line up--Pujols, Berkman, and Holliday, and only one base to put them on.  Hats off to Halladay, that was outstanding.
