TK- A question
Is there any way you can accellerate the trade between Darth and me? Minnesota plays tonight and I don't a situation where I get Favre's points, then Rivers is traded to me and Darth doesn't get anything.
If not, is there a way to cancel the trade until Week 1 is over?

Actually, I'm trying to be nice. If I was being a typical attorney I'd let Favre play tonight, collect the points, then have the trade go through and leave Darth playing his back-up during Week 1.

OK, I think I'm getting it now.
You and Darth have an agreement to swap quarterbacks. I haven't seen anything about a trade come up, so I don't think it will go into effect until after Week 1 is over.

"Note: This trade will be reflected on the lineup for Week 1. If you've set your lineup in advance for future dates, please note those changes will be reset to match your lineup for the day players are added."

FWIW, the notification has been there for several days.
Now, as an unbiased observer, with no stake in this trade whatsoever, I personally think Darth is screwed.

I'm not sure. What is the notification say you guys are waiting on? If it's approval from me, there doesn't appear to be anything I can do. I've checked every folder for something about it.

I went back and looked for it, TK, and I can't find it, now, either.
Where I saw it, previously, was is League>Overview "recent updates". I noticed it because it appeared right next to the announcement that I "WeepingGrammas" had updated my team slogan.

If you go to your team page, under your team name, there should be something that says, "Trade: Pending trade between Hollywood 69 and Smell the Glove- [details]"
When I click on "details" it takes me to a page that lists the trade and invites me to "Vote against the Trade" which is sort of silly since I'm one of the parties to the trade. I thought that as commissioner, you might have something that would allow you to approve the trade so it can happen before tonight's game begins.

OK, I changed it to where there is no two-day review. That was a Y! standard. Hopefully you guys can process it now.

Since the trade already submitted and approved, it looks like it's stuck with Yahoo. Hopefully Yahoo will be smart enough to not process the trade after Favre plays tonight, but given the handling of the message boards, I'm not overly confident.

TK,
I was looking at the league I manage and if we end up with a problem, I think I've figured out a solution.
I'm assuming that this trade won't become effective after this week, I'll get Favre's points and Darth will get Rivers' points. If somehow that doesn't happen, if you clink on the link for Commissioner's Tools, there's another link to Edit Team's Points. If somehow Yahoo messes this up and one or both of us don't get credit for our QB's points, you can manually calculate the points and add it after the fact. 
Sorry Darth. That's what I get for trying to appease the kid.
