Drop the first 7 games, line themselves up for a great draft pick (consolation prize).
So what do they do? Start playing football, they've won 4/5 now, and sit at 4-8 on the season.....
YOU'RE NOT MAKING THE PLAYOFFS, TANK AND GET ME A DAMNED QUARTERBACK!!!!

Don't worry, Alz. I think the Dolphins will still come away with RG3 or Barkley. And I don't think they could go wrong with either of them.

Which one of them goes before the other?

I'm basing this solely on what I saw against Oregon. Barkely looked 500 times better than Andrew Luck. I will add that Barkley has more talent at WR than Luck has, but we couldn't rattle Barkely to save our life, in OREGON. Luck couldn't stay within 20 of us in Stanford.
I know this isn't the telling end-all of who's a better NFL ready QB, but if you can't throw effectively against Oregon's secondary, I don't know if I want to draft you so you can throw against NFL defenses.
RG3: I haven't watched Baylor at all this season, but he's having having an amazing season. 72% completion percentage with 4000 yards is going to turn some heads. Having a 6/1 TD/Int ration (36/6) is damned impressive too.

Probably Barkley.

Matt Barkley coming back for USC. I'll scratch him off the list of QB's.
Luck (not possible), Barkley (playing for USC next season), L. Jones (possible), RG3 (Hopeful).

"Luck (not possible),"
Don't rule it out Alz. Indy gets another win, maybe the Rams can slide into that #1 spot. Then you can have Parcells give Billy D's replacement a call.
