    The new L.A. penal code

    I can see the logic. But how is this law going to be enforced? Is there going to be a cop on the set of every porn movie making sure the actors are wearing condoms?

    I saw one story that suggested that the porn industry will move out of CA.  I wonder which congress man proposed this bill and why he was viewing porn and thinking of such a thing.
