I understand nobody wants Hamilton to fail but he is an adult. If he wants to have a drink then maybe the world should back off.

I'm not going to pretend I understand all of the dynamics of addiction, but I think the problem lies in where that drink will lead. Hamilton can't just "have a drink" without risking that he ends up in an alley smoking meth before the night is over.
For his sake, I hope he was the one who called Kinsler in an effort to find someone who would force him to quit before it got out of control.

I hope for the best to but I do not think it helps to have your bad mistake plastered all over the news. Most people are only interested because they want to see a picture of him snorting coke off a hookers ass when they click on the link. For every addict that cant touch the stuff there are plenty of people who have had problems and have learned to drink without over doing it.

I was fine with Hamilton until god started talking to him in the dugout. You'd think god would at least be a manager, not a hitting adviser.

I don't think there is any such thing as moderation for someone like JH , this will be his "Sword of Damocles" until the day he dies.........
