    Westbrook: 6 innings, NO WALKS, 3 hits, NO WALKS, no runs, NO WALKS, no earned runs, NO WALKS, 3 Ks, NO WALKS!

    Cards win, 2-1. Jay drives in Chambers with the winning run with one out in the bottom of the ninth after Salas coughs up the lead in the top of the ninth.

    I see Jake's GO to FO was 8/2  ; must have been keeping the ball down , and no Theriot to cough it up for him ; but Greene was out there , scary .........

    That's as close to perfection as you're going to get from him. If he goes after hitters instead of nibbling and the Cardinals can get 12-15 starts like this one ... nah, I can't bring myself to do it ...
