This was a shit lineup.  There were so many things that could have been done different.  They could have played Molina at first and put Craig in RF.  Or they could have put Matt Carpenter in RF.  Or they could have played Skip instead of Greene.  All of them things would ahve been better then the lineup posted.

Skippy and Carpenter were going to sit because of the lefty. But you make a valid point. If the idea was to give guys who needed a day off an entire day off, all those guys you mentioned ended up appearing in the game anyway. The only guy who got the entire day off was ... Descalso.
