As a Scuba Diver (Advanced open water certified, with Nitrox, dive experience in Hawaii and Bonaire), this story held serious appeal to me. Unfortunately it did not end the way I expected it would. This guy served 12 months for manslaughter in Australia, and then got aquitted here.

Sad, I feel Tina Watson deserved more in the way of justice then this.
