Not sure if I wanted the Dodgers to beat the Pirates tonight. I think we're seeing the beginning of the end for the Pirates.
I can say with virtual certainty that the Padres knocking off the Braves was a good thing for the Cardinals, though.

I'm watching Angels-Indians. Looks like there's about 25,000 in attendance, but this was God's plan.
And yeah, the Pirates are going to unravel. I want to see them pick up 82 wins just to snap that ridiculous streak.

I'm watching Ryan Vogelsong screw the pooch against the Nationals. Where was this crappy outing last week???

That's frustrating, especially since the Nationals have a shitty lineup.

What was Sosha arguing? That Kotchman didn't catch the ball?
You know, 25K for a third place team in a 4-team division isn't that bad, and if the team keeps playing this badly tonight they'll be able to watch the fireworks from the theme park next door. That's worth the price of admission.
... Ha. Brett Lillibridge just took C.J. Wilson over the wall.

The Rockies lead the Brewers, 9-3, in the ninth. That might be a big enough lead for even the Rockies' bullpen.
