Now would be a good time for Barret Browning. Or Kyle McClellan. Or Blake Hawksworth.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a worse major league team.
MLB needs to impose a runs/inning limit like they do in little league. Or at least a mercy rule.
Why would anyone in Houston buy a ticket to watch this garbage?

Assuming nothing stupid happens in the 9th, the Cardinals will move a full game into the lead for the 2nd wild card spot.
I'm sorry, but unless/until they sweep TTTIB this weekend, I'm not buying into the idea that they have a shot at the division.

Unless Browning and Scrabble turn into at least King and Kline I'm not buying into them winning the wild card.

Reds, Pirates, Natinals and Dodgers come up on the schedule. Better enjoy this win.

In order to answer your question, we'd have to find out first why anyone would live in Houston in the first place.

Is Juan Pierre a French guy with a Spanish first name, or a Spanish guy with a French last name?

Holliday was quoted as saying that if the Cards want to make the playoffs they have to sweep teams like the Cubs and Astros and not settle for 2 out of 3. This runs contrary to what one of the bobbleheads was saying this week in that the Cardinals don't HAVE to sweep the Astros. I turned it off.

Surely Phillies can win it this time .
Otherwise , I'd like to see 'em play about 25 innings ...

Wow. Bases loaded, no outs and Brown hits into a 3-2. They're going to blow it.
