I don't care that Beckett is having a shit season; the Dodgers adding him and Gonzalez is a huge deal. Getting the WC just got more difficult.
I loathe the Dodgers even more than I did two days ago, just because their stupid trade that hasn't happened yet was a distraction during last night's game. And today Fox is feeding me the game between the Rangers and the Twins. Maybe the Twins will get a hit before the seventh inning this afternoon.

Must be nice to be able to find this out. All I'm seeing is Teams TBA.

I'm glad they realized this.

Hearing the Lynn/Kelly switch has been made official.
Never mind me. I just pulled a KC.

I just did some quick math, and the Dodgers already have $178M of payroll for 15 players in 2013. That includes 6 starters, 2 bench players and 1 reliever. Crazy

I'm starting to wonder whether the Dodgers and Angels made a deal with Jerry Brown to enhance California's personal income tax base. Perhaps the Padres are in on it too, explaining why Chase Headley's still out there. Let's see if there are big signings by the Lakers and... shoot, I can't remember the name of LA's NFL team.
