Rookie from Tennessee.
Clemson.
They draft him before or after Heyward-Bey?

Yeah. Clemson. One of those southern schools where they don't care about academics. He's been described as Heyward-Bey with hands.

I think he was their 5th round choice this year. He ran like a 4.2 at the combine, but he's small.

How in the world does Tom Cable have the Raiders at 5-4? That's the question that needs to be answered.

If Janikowski doesn't miss that chip shot in Glendale, they're 6-3 and in first place.
The Chargers are still going to win the division. As long as they can figure out how to get off a punt. They had another one blocked today. I think that's five this year.

Back to FF, Alz must have been sandbagging today out of pity for my 1-6 record. He has more than 50 points of catching up to do with only Dez Bryant and the Pittsburgh D.

The Cowboys are horrible.

Thank god. Rodgers have a career day might have saved me this week. It is about time something broke my way in this deal.

I'm still jacked and pumped about the Raiders beating the friggin' Chiefs last night. It's been a long time since I've wanted to talk football at work on a monday morning.

Artie, I feel you, although I'm living the dream through College. My Phins are not bad, but they are playing a horribly tough schedule.
4-4
Losses @Baltimore, Pittsburgh*, New England, NY Jets.
Wins @Green Bay, @Minnesota, @Buffalo, @Cincinnati.
*fucked by refs.
Still have games with Tennessee, New England, NY Jets, and Chicago on the back half too. Just a very difficult schedule. They are good, but not that good yet.

Ahem. The Dolphins also have to go to Oakland ...

Consider the score settled. The Marauders' mullets are spared for another week.

I was going to be happy for your team, but after seeing the comeback you made against the -*- Express, the Raiders can suck it.

Yeah, let's discuss teams that have abandoned Los Angeles.
I know you're being a wiseass, but the Raiders have been back in Oakland longer than they were in L.A.

That was a friggin' beatdown. That was great pick, taking Philip Rivers.

This would probably be a bad time to tell you I picked up Green Bay's defense (28 points) on Wednesday.
The only way I lose tonight is if Benson puts the ball on the ground five times.
I got even luckier in my other league. Gates and Lewis are my two TEs, and when Gates was declared inactive I picked up Brandon Pettigrew from the Lions about five minutes before kickoff yesterday. He scored a touchdown 15 minutes later.
My opponent isn't about to complain, though. He kept Chris Johnson and Michael Crabtree in his lineup though both of them were on bye weeks.
