I'm all for the NFL's effort to raise awareness of breast cancer, but all this pink is making my eyes ache.

You know what's making my eyes ache? Looking at the remains of Kevin Kolb.

He's been sacked 16 times in two weeks. If this keeps up, he's going to end up in a hospital room sharing a bowl of tapioca pudding with Jeff George.

Actually 17 times. The Rams got him on the final play last night to up their total to 9.

Imagine how much worse it would have been if the refs would have actually called some holding penalties. I get that you gotta let them play, but that was borderline ridiculous. There were times when Batiste was flat-out tackling Quinn.
Also, the non-facemask call on Fitzgerald was an abomination. Jenkins is still uneven at times, but some of those deflections were insane. I was worried that Fitz would break away from him on that fourth and short pass at the goal line, but he stayed right there with him.

Not sure if you saw it, but after like the fifth or sixth sack, Kolb threw a tantrum. I don't blame him or anything, but it was pretty funny to see.
